Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking our services at least 6-12 months in advance to secure your date. Contact the DJ service to ensure the date you're interested is avaialble as soon as possible. A monetary deposit may be required from the DJ service to ensure booking your desired date. 

Do you provide equipment for outdoor events?

Yes, we provide professional sound equipment for indoor and outdoor events to ensure high-quality music. We do require for the safety of the DJ, as well as the equipment, that the client provide certain provisions to the DJ service. Provisions include, but are not limited to safe distance from water, an acceptable canopy or covering, acceptable access to the site, and appropriate voltage power for the equipment. Please contact the DJ service for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits and/or advance payments are non-refundable (certain exceptions may apply). Deposits can be credited towards another event within one year of the date of the initially scheduled event, with at least 30 days notice required. 

When I book an event with you, what is included with the final price?

The final price will include the DJ, drive time to and from the event by the DJ, all equipment used by the DJ to perform the show (including a professional lighting program), set-up and teardown of all equipment, and the actual performance of the event by the DJ.

After the scheduled time of the event, if the client would like for the DJ to perform longer, that is negotiated between the client and the DJ.

Also, prior to the event (normally 1-2 weeks), the DJ service will meet with the client to discuss the details of your special event. This ensures that you are receiving the highest quality of service possible and planning your special event the way you want it.

Do you have clean versions of songs?

Yes, we ensure that we have "radio friendly" versions of songs. However, it is imperative that the client informs us prior to the event of specific songs to ensure we have ample time to obtain the "radio friendly" version. 

I was informed your company also does music videos. What is involved with that?

Yes, we can also enhance your event experience by including music videos. It is imperative to discuss particulars in advance of the event, such as who provides the projector and who provides the TV/projector screen(s), to determine accurate pricing.
